ORDER

The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent to grant him permission to conduct 'Manjuvirattu'.

2. I am of the view that it is for the respondent to take a decision in the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the event is to be held on 12.04.2019. Therefore, the respondent shall take a decision and inform the petitioner about the same on or before 09.04.2019. It is made clear that this Court has not given any positive direction.
