ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and section 21(1)of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act, 1957 in Crime No.62 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein along with other accused said to have illegally transported one unit of river sand. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is having 17 previous cases, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
