This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the third respondent to issue online patta for the petitioner's Grama Natham property situated at Angarai Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District, in Survey No. 56/1J, based on the memorandum of the second respondent dated 10.12.2025 in Na.Ka.A2/4807/2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already Thoraya patta is standing in the name of the petitioner and now, the petitioner is seeking online patta. Though the application was given in November 2025, the third respondent has not issued the same. Hence, this petition.

3. Since the application for online patta was given in November 2025, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
