Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son, the detenu, namely Dharshan, S/o.Jegadeeswaran, aged about 9 years before this Court and to resume his regular life with petitioner and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Dharshan, son of Jegadeeswaran.

2. The petitioner is not present and her counsel his present.

3. The third respondent, namely, Jegadeeswaran, father of the detenu has produced the detenu and he expressed his willingness to go with his father.

4. Considering the factual situation arises in the present petition, the petitioner is at liberty to seek her remedy through proper forum.

5. With the above observation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
