This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.79 of 2018, dated 22.02.2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.79 of 2018, dated 22.02.2018 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and laid charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri. Hence, the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous.
