PRAYER in W.P.(MD)No.7944 of 2019: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Tahsildar, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, the respondent herein to pass appropriate orders to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the Nanja lands to an extent of about 0.95.50 Ares (2 Ares 36 Cents) comprised in Survey No.33/3, Attapatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, thereby considering the representations dated 18.10.2018 and 14.03.2019, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
