3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the

petitioner, FIR has been registered on 27.08.2016 in Crime No.549 of 2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act 2003.
