This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to send necessary proposals for regularization of the services of the petitioner to the second respondent and the
second respondent, in turn, send the same to the first respondent and thereafter, the 1st respondent to issue necessary orders for regularization of his services in the post of driver or any other post in Group-D Services from the date of completion of 10 years of his NMR/Temporary services, with all monetary and other consequential benefits.
2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though a larger relief is sought for in the Writ Petition, it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2019 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, for which, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, has no serious objection.
3. The limited nature of the prayer now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which has been agreed upon by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2019, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
