ORDER

This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to enable her to lay pipe line from Mela Arasaradi (S.No. 143) to over head tank (OHT) located in Puliyamarathu Arasaradi and instal Motor Pump in the bore well situated in S.No. 143, Mela Arasaradi Village, Ottapidaram Taluk,

2. Admittedly, there is a protest by the villagers, for laying such a pipeline. The respondents cannot interfere in such disputes. Hence, the respondents had rightly rejected the petitioner's request. If the petitioner claims that their right has been violated, it is always open to them to approach the civil Court.

3. For the aforesaid reasons, this Writ Petition is dismissed. 27.11.2025 LS 2/4
