ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, to dispose of C.C.No.329 of 2015.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the trial has already begun and PW.1 has been examined. It is delayed due to pendency of NBW as against the A3.

3. Considering the above said facts, a direction is issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, to dispose of C.C.No.329 of 2015 within a period of 6(six) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
