Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ of order Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned letter issued by the 1st respondent dated 05-08-2020 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to select and appoint the petitioner to the post of sub staff based on the application of the petitioner dated 15.02.2015, 27.03.2017, 27.03.2017, 18.09.2015, 18.07.2015, 03.11.2015, 07.03.2017, 19.12.2015, 18.09.2014, 05.02.2018 & 12.10.2018 respectively.
