This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the programs such as Adal Padal Programme on 07.05.2018 at nigh 08.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., in Arulmigu Sri Mahasakthi Mariamman Kovil is situated at Thevanoor Village, Musuri Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2018. 2.Heard Mr.T.Indrachithu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the "Adalpadal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.
