ORDER : This Civil Revision petition coming up for hearing on this day,under the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order dated, 11.04.2023 and the requsition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli vide the letter in D.No.A1/16704/2023 dated 07/09/2023, this Court made the following order:

Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for trial Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 11.04.2023, directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3. The learned Additional District Munsif, Valliyoor has submitted a requisition through the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli dated 31.08.2023 stating that after cross-examination of P.W.1, petitions came to be filed to recall P.W.1 and for reception of additional evidence and the same are pending and seeks three months further time to dispose of the case.
