This revision is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Pudukkottai to dispose of the petition in Cr.M.P.No.33 of 2023 in M.C.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the Family 1/4

Court, Pudukkottai as expeditiously within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The 1st petitioner is the wife of the respondent and the 2nd petitioner is the daughter of the respondent. The respondent/ husband is working as the Chief Executive Engineer. Cr.M.P.No.33 of 2023 in M.C.No.2017 was filed to claim the arrears amount and to order attachment of salary from the respondent's salary. The same is pending for the last one year.

4.Considering the above, there shall be a direction to dispose Cr.M.P.No.33 of 2023 in M.C.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . No costs.
