ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks permission to conduct the petition mentioned festival. He also wants to host a traditional music programme. He gave an application in this regard to the fourth respondent. But since there has been no response, this writ petition came to be filed.

3. I am of the view that the fourth respondent can be directed to grant the permission sought for. It is pointed out that during last year the petitioner did not adhere to the timings. Therefore, the First Information Report also came to be registered. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner would close the programme by 12 midnight. He also stated that the function would be conducted in such a manner as to not to cause any nuisance to the general public of the locality. Therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to grant permission to the writ petitioner and incorporate appropriate conditions to ensure smooth and proper conduct of the event.
