PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in Crime No.59 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nanguneri Police Station, Tirunelveli District and quash the proceedings in so far as it relates to the petitioner herein.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that after the investigation the matter has been referred as "action dropped" and a closure report is yet to be filed before the concerned Court.
