ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3571 of 2022, dated 21.02.2022, thereby recorded the statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on receipt of the complaint from the defacto complainant enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 28.01.2021.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even after closure of the enquiry, again the respondent called upon the petitioner for enquiry and harassed the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant enquiry was conducted and in the enquiry, the petitioner undertake to settle the issue within a period of three months. Cont.PMD)No.595 of 2022 lodged another complaint, in which the petitioner was called for enquiry.

4.In view of the above, this Court finds that no contempt is made out as against the respondent. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is dismissed.
