This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of Subramanian, S/o.Muthukrishnan.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, a petition enquiry was conducted and the same was subsequently closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
