ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 498 A, 302 of IPC r/w Section 4 of the dowry prohibition Act, in Crime No.543 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.All the three petitioners have earlier moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail. Their request was declined. There is no change in the circumstances. It is wrongly mentioned that the third petitioner herein moved before this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail for the first time.
