ORDER
The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle. It is said to have been involved in a case of illegal transportation of river sand.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate informs the Court that against the writ petitioner there are as may as 5 cases that are in the same nature.
