ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.03.2019, as per the earlier direction given by this Court in W.P.No.41669 of 2016. 2.Heard Mr.K.Neethimohan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; Mr.V.Kathirvelu, learned Assistant Solicitor General,

assisted by M/s.Ragaventhre, learned standing counsel, who takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.A.Arivuchandran, learned counsel, who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The case of the petitioner is that seeking to set right the petitioner's pay anamoly in line with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.41669 of 2016, he sent a representation, dated 16.02.2019 to the respondents. So far, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

4.The learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second and third respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.02.2019 followed by reminder, dated 14.03.2019, in line with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.41669 of 2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the required parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
