For R1 & R2 Mr.S.Saji Bino, Standing Counsel for Trichy Corporation for R3 & R4 COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioners, who are claiming to be tenants, have come forward to file these writ petitions challenging the impugned notices. Admittedly, the impugned notices are either appealable or revisionable. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain these writ petitions and the petitioners are at liberty to exhaust the statutory/alternative remedy. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioners are stated to be tenants, we are inclined to grant four weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the petitioners to exhaust the alternative remedy before the appropriate forum. Till such time, status-quo, as on date, shall be maintained.
2. In fine, all the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
