ORDER

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The petitioner herein filed W.P.(MD)No.1085 of 2021 for removing the encroachment in S.No.409/37 in Vilacheri Village. The writ petition was disposed of on 24.06.2021. In paragraph No.4 of the order, the petitioner was permitted to submit a detailed representation to the jurisdictional Tahsildar and the Tahsildar was asked to consider the same. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt petition, though the petitioner had averred that she gave her representation, copy of the same has not been enclosed in the typed set of papers. There is no proof that a detailed representation was even submitted to the Tahsildar. In these circumstances, we decline to take cognizance of the contempt petition and it stands closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to work out her rights as directed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1085 of 2021. consequently, connected sub application is closed. (G.R.S. J.,) & (R.P.
