ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 25.06.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 307 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.1851 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 25.06.2016 the petitioner stabbed Sukanya and thereby caused injury. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that injured person has been discharged from the hospital. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
