Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The Writ petitioner is yet to present any document in respect of the petition mentioned property. Only when the document is presented and the registering authority returns the same, this Court will be in a position to test the correctness of the grounds on which the return has been made. At this stage, it is pre-mature to adjudicate the petitioner's right. Therefore, leaving open all the contentions of the Writ petitioner, the Writ petition stands closed. No costs.
