ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to send the Police verification Report to the first respondent and further direct the first respondent to process the petitioner's passport application No.MD2061964742519 and issue passport within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the leared counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 2 to 5.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made an application to the first respondent for issuing passport to him and the first respondent has forwarded his application to the second respondent for Police Verification, receiving which, the second respondent has forwarded the same to the respondents 3 to 5. But the respondents 3 to 5 did not send the Police verification Report. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ Petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents 3 to 5 to forward the petitioner's Police Verification Report to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the first respondent shall proceed further in accordance with law expeditiously as possible. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
