ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants subdividing of the petition mentioned survey number. The petitioner is shown as joint pattadhar. She wants separate patta to be issued. The petitioner has given an application in this regard.

3.The second respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent shall put on notice all interested parties before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
