This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry in the light of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, but, the respondents 4 and 5 by suppressing the dispute, obtained orders from this Court in WP(MD) No. 934 of 2025. The petitioner has also filed a petition in WMP(MD) No.3866 of 2025 to recall the order passed in WP(MD) No.934 of 2025 and the same is pending. Now the third respondent interfered with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent police but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
