District, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The 5th respondent in the writ petition is wrongly shown as the Executive Engineer. The same may be corrected as the Executive Officer, Natham Town Panchayat, Natham, Dindigul District. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the writ petition.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2026 wherein the petitioner has requested the respondents to take necessary action to divert the drainage water by adopting sewage effluent treatment system near the land situated in S.No.108/8, 84 cents at Natham Village, Dindigul District.

3. The primary grievance of the petitioner is that the sewage is flowing into his land and his land is getting polluted because of the overflowing of the drainage water. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 30.01.2026.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 5th & 6th respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered and action would be taken within a period of 4(four) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
