ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's case is that what was originally separate patta has now become joint patta. The petitioner wants the names of one Selvaraj and Prabakaran to be deleted. The petitioner has already given petition in this regard.

3.The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The interested parties will have to be necessarily heard before the final order is passed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
