2. Notice was given and Mr.K.S.Sankar Murali, learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, by consent of both the learned counsels, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.704 of 2014 on or before 30th April, 2015. The parties are at liberty to co-operate in the conduct of the trial and it is made clear that the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tiruchirappalli should not seek any further extension of time in this regard, as this suit is only for bare injunction restraining the defendant from evicting the plaintiff unless by due process of law.

4. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
