Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The Writ petitioner wants this Court to restrain the respondents from erecting any transformer outside the petition mentioned land.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the transformer has already been erected. It is also seen that the transformer has been erected only on the Government land and not on the petitioner's land. Therefore, this Writ petition has become infructuous at the very inception. Hence, I am not in a position to grant any relief.
