Prayer in CRL OP(MD).No.3486 of 2021:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modified the condiction in the order dated 23.12.2020 made in Crl.M.P.Nos.4451 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai in so far as imposing the condition the petitioner to pay the sum of Rs.20,000/- deposit as onerous.
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.B.Jameel Arasu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.V.Chandrasekaran, Government Advocate(Criminal Side), for the respondent, this Court made the following order:
This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3486 of 2020, dated 05.03.2021.

CRL MP(MD). No.2763 of 2021 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to mobilize a sum of Rs.5,000/- immediately and now he mobilized the said amount. Hence, there was a delay in executing the sureties.
3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted.
