ORDER

The petitioner questions the impugned order which has been passed under Section 87 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1982. The petitioner is having a statutory alternative remedy before the Co-operative Tribunal. Without exhausting the same, this writ petition has been filed. Therefore, when this Court was inclined to dismiss this writ petition on this ground, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to move the Tribunal. 2.Liberty is granted to the petitioner. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner files an appeal before the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the Tribunal shall entertain the same without reference to limitation and decide the same on merits.
