ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents herein to remove the encroachments found in Survey No. 637/13 which is the public pathway and situated at Panaiyur Gurunathar Kovil Street Main Road, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tenkasi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2024 within a time stipulated by this Court.

By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner is a resident of Panaiyur Village, wherein, since encroachments were made, he has sent a representation on 19.06.2024 to the respondents to take action. Since the said representation was not considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

Considering the said submission and without going into the merits or the contentions made by both sides, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass suitable orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as other persons, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
