ORDER

The tenant in a Rent Control proceedings has filed this revision seeking direction for speedy disposal of I.A.No.51 of 2014 in R.C.A.No.17 of 2014, on the file of Subordinate Court(Appellate Authority),Tuticorin. 2.Admittedly, there is no Presiding Officer in the Subordinate Court, Tuticorin. Therefore very many matters are pending before the same Judge. The Subordinate Judge, Kovilpatti is taking up the matters as incharge Judge only on every Firday. The grievance of the revision Petitioner is that the landlord has taken emergent steps to vacate the tenant from the premises as the Petitioner/tenant is unable to obtain orders of stay in view of the above facts.

3.In the above circumstances, this Court is inclined to direct the Subordinate Court(Appellate Authority),Tuticorin or the Judge in-charge to take up the matter and pass orders in I.A.No.51 of 2014 in R.C.A.No.17 of 2014 on or before 30.4.2015(though it is adjourned to 10.6.2015 as per 'B' diary).

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
