ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / A1, who was arrested on 22.02.2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 332, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.31 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to previous enmity between the petitioner and the defacto complainant a false case has been foisted against him and he is innocent and no way connected in this occurrence.

4.The case of the prosecution is that when the police went in search of this petitioner and attempted to apprehend the accused/petitioner in connection with a complaint given by one Shanthi, W/o.Jeyapalan, at that time, the accused/petitioner attacked the Sub Inspector of Police and caused injury on his ear and also used filthy language and restrained him from doing his official duty threatening with dire consequences. certificate reveals injury over his face near left eye and left ear. At this juncture, this Court finds no reason to grant bail to the present petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
