This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent police to conduct an enquiry in Crime No.50 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within three months.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.50 of 2015, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
