ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to provide police protection to fence the property of petitioner in Natham vacant house site having an extent of East West North side 65 feet, South side 50 feet and North South East Side 14 feet, west Side 8 feet and the property comprised in natham S.No.1/83 in K.Sambakkulam, Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representations, dated 11.08.2016, and 16.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has obtained an order of injunction in I.A.No.396 of 2015 in O.S.No.128 of 2015, before the Principal District Munsif, Vadipatti. Under such circumstances, it is alleged that when the petitioner wanted to put up a fence in the property, some persons are causing problem in putting up the fence. police protection, the petitioner is said to have submitted representations dated 11.08.2016 and 16.08.2016.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that it is agreeable for them to consider the representations dated 11.08.2016 and 16.08.2016.

5. Under such circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 11.08.2016 and 16.08.2016 in the light of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6940/2016, dated 03.06.2016 and thereafter, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
