O R D E R

The revision petitioner is the defendant in the suit seeking a direction from this Court for speedy disposal of I.A.No.1091 of 2013 in O.S.No.400 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Tuticorin. 2.No notice is necessary to the respondent as this Court intends to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondent. 3.On 16.12.2013 interim injunction was granted in favour of the plaintiff/respondent and the defendants also had filed their counter on 18.03.2014. Though the matter was heard and it was posted for order on 25.03.2014, even after one year order was not passed by the learned Judge and the matter is posted under the caption for clarification. 4.It is understood that there is no Presiding Officer in the Subordinate Court, Tuticorin and the Judge in-charge is sitting only on Fridays to take up the matter.

5.In the above circumstances, the Judge in-charge is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1091 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.04.2015. The parties are directed to co-operate with the trial. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
