3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.K.Esakkidurai, for respondent Nos.1 to 3 while listing the appeal for admission.
