ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 31.05.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 3(b), 4, 8, 9(m) and 10 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Cr.No.108 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant's daughter informed of petitioner touched her private part.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that owing to dispute the neighbour made false accusation.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner touched the private part of the daughter of defacto complainant.

5. Considering the allegations made against the petitioner and that he is in custody from 31.05.2016 and it is also the contention of the petitioner that owing to dispute with the neighbour false accusation stands made, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kuzhithurai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
