The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records related to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent, dated 15.03.2021 in Na.Ka.No.1/2021/F1 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
