This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue a "Not - Traceable Certificate" on the basis of his representation dated 06.02.2017 as expeditiously as possible particularly within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. Mr.S.Ramasamy, Special Sub Inspector, Kovilpatti East Police Station, Thoothukudi District is present before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry conducted and closed and a copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
