3. The trial court is directed to follow the circular issued by this Court in ROC.NO.1599-A/2009/B5, wherein a direction is issued by this Court to dispose and supervise the disposal of more than three years old cases on priority basis.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of . No costs.
