ORDER
The criminal original petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.54 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.54 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. The above complaint has been given by the second respondent herein on the ground that the petitioners have entered into a sale agreement with the second respondent and also received huge amount from him. Subsequently, they have failed to execute the sale agreement and also intimated the petitioners and threatened them with dire consequences. In the above circumstances, the crime has been registered.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners did not entered into any sale agreement with the second respondent and they have also not received any money from him.
4. I have considered the submissions and also perused the records carefully.
5. The allegations made in the F.I.R. make out a prima facie cognizable offence. Hence, at this stage, the F.I.R. cannot be quashed and this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, taking into consideration the fact that the F.I.R. is pending from the year 2015, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
