ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service as Secondary Grade Teacher in the second respondent School based on her representation, dated 15.02.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record. 3.Even though notice has been served on the second respondent and proof of service has also been filed, none appears for the second respondent.
4.Though the prayer in the writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner confines the same for considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.02.2019 by the second respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

5.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that such representation will be considered by the second respondent forthwith. 6.Considering the nature of the relief now sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2019, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
