O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.215 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent within the time frame as stipulated by this Court and also arrest the above said accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408 and 420 I.P.C.

4. Going by the nature of the allegations and the number of accused involved in this case, this Court is of the view that it will take some time to complete the investigation by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. Hence, the criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to expedite the investigation, in Crime No.215 of 2016, and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, as expeditiously as possible.
