For Petitioners : Ms.R.Durga Devi For Respondents : Mr.J.K.Jeyaselan Government Advocate COMMON ORDER The petitioners herein filed this Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking leave to file review application on the ground that they are third parties to A.S.No.277 of 2009. In fact, this A.S.No.277 of 2009 was taken up along with A.S.No.396 of 2000. The petitioners herein were very much parties to A.S.No.396 of 2000. Both the appeals were heard together and disposed of by a common judgment on 09.08.2021. 2.Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners herein filed S.L.P(Civil) Diary No.22593 of 2024. In fact, the S.L.P was directed against the common judgment and decree made in A.S.No.396 of 2000 as well as A.S.No.277 of 2009. The Hon'ble Supreme Court dismissed the S.L.P vide order dated 29.11.2024. Thereafter, the present Review Application has been filed. The Hon'ble Supreme Court declined to interfere with the common judgment and decree. I do not find any ground to grant relief. 3/5
