ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the date for conducting survey has been fixed as 15.05.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the private respondents pointed out that there is a dispute only regarding Survey No.462/8B, 8C. There is no dispute as regards Survey No.462/8A. 3.Therefore, in respect of the undisputed portion, survey can going on. As regards the disputed portion the parties will have to work out their right only before the jurisdictional civil Court. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
